… or at least that’s what I thought at Shelsley Walsh on Saturday 26th July. Mid-morning it started to rain and it came quite heavy – but it seemed like one of those brief squalls that would pass over in a minute. It was not to be and it rained incessently for over half-an-hour. Of course my cagoule was in the car and I was trackside and so couldn’t leave – and so I got absolutely soaked to the skin. I was even hiding under a large tree but it wasn’t enough to save me. Never mind though – I got some good shots.
